Dear Marcia, So sorry to hear of Ken's dealth. John Murphy called sister, Shirley and she passed the message on. It's been along time since seeing any of the Beck children. My sympathy to you and all of Ken's siblings. Peace and prayers,

Ken was a good friend and great manager. We were friends for many years at Snyders. He was always a person that could brighten your day. He had many people in our company that considered him a good friend and great boss. God Bless to his family.. Fay Schmidt, Bloomington, mn

Ken's been an inspiration to me, a tireless activist for what he believed in who succeeded as a small business owner as well. His balance and commitment are twin beacons, and I'll miss him.

I am so sorry to hear of Ken's passing, I worked with him in the late 60's at Jerry's Drive In in Saint Paul. He was always very kind to me and everyone else with his great sense of humor, he was a lot of fun to be around.

We knew Ken only a little but enough to know that he was the type who could light up a room (or the Javalive Coffee House when he invited people there for events). He immediately put people at ease- as if you'd known him your whole life. He was just a great human being.

Ken was my Best Man.......but even a better friend. I'll always go back to those happy days in the 70's when I'm feeling blue just to laugh at some of our good times and help to get me through. Love you
