I am very sorry to hear about Ivan's death. I had the pleasure of working for him at Tyler in the late 1970's. He was a true entrepreneur and at the same time was generous and motivational to his employees. He was most enjoyable to play golf with………..as long as you kept up with him. Rest in peach, Ivan, and thanks for the memories.

My sincere sympathy to all of Ivan's family. I shall always be grateful for the 32 plus years I worked for Ivan. I had the best of both worlds--an exciting workplace/wonderful boss and a small town to raise my children. He was a giant in the business world and yet he never forgot to ask about your family. When I needed to get in touch with him, I could always spot him in a crowd; he just stood out! When it was time to sell the company to Case, Ivan made sure his employees and the town of Benson would benefit as well and they have. We all miss you Ivan, but thanks for everything!

Ivan and his management team (Don & Bill) helped me obtain my MBA 16 years ago. Much of what I learned while working at Tyler in the early 90's has been used at my businesses. This past March I achieved 15 years in business and I have 193 employees. God Bless and Thank You Ivan.
