To the Fleischhacker Family,
Our deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and father. Al has many good memories of projects he and Andy worked on together in the past. We were out of town and feel badly that we weren't able to attend the service.

Dear Kathy and family, Andrew and you, Kathy, were such good friends to me. We danes many dances together with the MN Schuhplattlers over the many years when we were all younger. I appreciated all the help when we were learning the dances, and enjoyed all the social events. I especially remember the last dance Andrew and I shared. We just stood on the dance floor, and moved to the music, not moving an inch, just holding each other and being together one last time. You have my deepest sympathy for your great loss. I will miss Andrew very much, and will check on you soon. Good-bye,sweet Andrew! Pariann M. Schenk

Dear Kathy and family, Andrew and you, Kathy, were such good friends to me. It was so much fun dancing with you all those years with the Schuplattlers! I will never forget the last dance Andrew and I shared. We just stood on the dance floor and moved to the music, but didn't move an inch- just held each other and enjoyed our special time together. I will miss him so very much. And every year a Christmas card from both of you! I have loved you both for these many years, and will look in on you and share many memories. Good bye, sweet Andrew. Andy was a delight to work with when I went to the legislature with him to get the law changed for GAI's hospitality operations. He delighted the committee with his repartee and stories. My condolences to the Fleishhacker family.

Dear Kathy and Family,
Andy was a dear man, whom I have loved and respected since I became active at the GAI. I will never forget camping out at the Capitol to get the liquor laws changed so that we could have beer at our monthly meetings and Deutscher Tag in the same month. He was very eloquent and funny when he spoke before the committees taking up our cause.

I hope that happy memories such as these will help you through your difficult loss.

Although we was always called him "Mr. Fleischhacker", in my heart and that of my siblings, he was "Onkel Andrew". He will be greatly missed by all of us who were lucky enough to know him. I'm sure he and his good friend, my Dad, are having a wonderful reunion.
