UNION — Mrs. Nancy Fisher Keisler, 73, wife of Veldee Keisler, 102 Culbreath Heights, Union, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House.
Mrs. Keisler was born in Union, SC Nov. 9, 1940, a daughter of the late Roy Fisher and Pearl Lawson Bolin and a step-father, Thomas Bolin. She was a graduate of Union High School and a member of Unity Methodist Church. Mr. & Mrs. Keisler were married for 57 years and she was a military wife for 28 years.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Teresa Cook and husband Ronnie, Beth Comer and husband Donald, and Norma Davis and husband Frank, all of Union; a sister, Kay Hopson of Spartanburg; a brother, Rev. Mickey Fisher and wife Marilyn of Greer; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Keisler was predeceased by three great-granddaughters; a sister, Melda Fisher; and a brother, Jerry Fisher.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014 at SR Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Mickey Fisher and Rev. Rick Cook. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Donald Wilburn, J.W. McAbee, Mickey Fisher, II, Michael Hawkins, Randall Hamby and Bob Valencia.
Visitation will be held 12:45-1:45 p.m. Saturday in the chapel prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
The family is at the home, 102 Culbreath Heights, Union.
