For my friend Lee; We met in Manchester in 1970 and enjoyed a joyous friendship for those 13 years, We continued our friendship from a distance, when my family moved to Florida. Lee and I worked on the March of Dimes, Mothers March for Manchester together. We shared many cups of tea (me) and coffee (Lee) while our children gathered around us. I have 9 and Lee the fabulous 6. So many memories. Lee, you gave up the red lipstick for pink for me when you stood with me when Don and I married. Your sweet Mom played the organ for the ceremony. Here I sit with my memories and a birthday card to my special friend that will not be received. But I know I have someone in heaven to pray for me and also someone I can pray too. I love you Lee, it was a gift to have you in my life.

Dear Kim, I am so sad to hear this news. Your mom was always so welcoming and interested in everyone she met, including us kids. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers as you gather to remember your mom and love each other.

I will miss your smile and cherry personality. You made me smile each day at work. I will remember you always, especially each May during the Kentucky Derby. You were a true friend. My prayers are with your family
