Dear Earl, Jeff and Brian and families– I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have known Charlotte since our days at the Malden Hospital and when I came to work for the VNA I was thrilled that we would be able to work together again. Charlotte was an incredible woman – Her legacy of kindness, volunteerism, guidance and leadership will live on forever in the hearts of everyone she touched. My deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family and friends. June Gallup- Rochester District VNA

Charlotte was an incredible woman who exemplified peace in all of her actions. She was a mentor and dear friend and lead by quiet stoic example. I am a better person for her friendship. As I was mourning quietly yesterday, an incredible double rainbow appeared after a fierce squall. Couldn't help but think it was Charlotte in all of her spectacular glory watching over us all. I will miss her terribly.

A sweet and lovely woman. One day I looked out to see Charlotte "resting "in the orchard by my house. When I checked a few minutes later she was still there. I thought I would go out to check "just in case.". It seems that Charlotte wasn't resting at all! Her dog had wrapped the leash around Charlotte and she had fallen down and couldn't get up. I scooped them both up into the truck and drove them home. We always laughed about this whenever we saw each other . I will miss seeing her on my walks and the wonderful conversations about children and nature.
