To all of the Klaubert family, The Rochester District VNA would like to express our sincere sympathy on the loss of Charlotte. She will truly be missed by all of us. This agency,and everyone that Charlotte has touched will forever have her in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends.

Dear Earl, Jeff and Brian and families– I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have known Charlotte since our days at the Malden Hospital and when I came to work for the VNA I was thrilled that we would be able to work together again. Charlotte was an incredible woman – Her legacy of kindness, volunteerism, guidance and leadership will live on forever in the hearts of everyone she touched. Charlotte made it to the "Finish Line" after her long journey..what an amazing lady!

A gracefull lady that graced our pond and neighborhood for too short a time. She will be greatly missed. My condolences Earl--stay well.

Charlotte was an incredible woman who exemplified peace in all of her actions. She was a mentor and dear friend and lead by quiet stoic example. I am a better person for her friendship. As I was mourning quietly yesterday, an incredible double rainbow appeared after a fierce squall. Couldn't help but think it was Charlotte in all of her spectacular glory watching over us all. I will miss her terribly.

A sweet and lovely woman. One day I looked out to see Charlotte "resting "in the orchard by my house. When I checked a few minutes later she was still there. I thought I would go out to check "just in case.". It seems that Charlotte wasn't resting at all! Her dog had wrapped the leash around Charlotte and she had fallen down and couldn't get up. I scooped them both up into the truck and drove them home. We always laughed about this whenever we saw each other . I will miss seeing her...
