So sorry for your and our loss. I spent four years in Company B-2 at West Point with him. Les an I played on the plebe ice hockey team, me briefly and Les for the whole season. Tough as nails. He was deceptively nicknamed "Sparrow", due to weighing about 127lbs, but one didn't dare go into the boxing ring with him or provoke him albeit he had a great mid West sense of humor. A special forces super hero and a credit to his family , his Army and his Alma Mater. I and others were very much looking forward to seeing him at our 50th reunion next year. Again condolences from a long time friend and classmate. Ed Handler/e3 class of 1960

My sincerest sympathy to Les’ wife Linda, his children and grandchildren. I had the honor to work with Les at the court for many years. In that time a respect and friendship developed from our time working together. I will always remember him as a good family man who had a strong belief in our country and his faith. I'll miss my running partner on the treadmills at the gym and our conversations there. Rest in Peace my friend.
