Aunt Gert will be sadly missed by her family and friends. So glad we were able to connect and learn from her vast knowledge of family history. Thank you and godspeed Aunt Gert. Love to Mom, Uncle George, and the rest that were waiting for you.

Aunt Gert always had a quiet and gentle spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight,(1 Peter 3:4). She was such an example of a faithful, godly woman. I enjoyed visiting her each summer. Especially this past summer, when Aunt Janny, my Mom,Janett and Aunt Gert were able to look through some treasured items from the Snow family history. Aunt Gert was excited to talk to us about her memories. I will miss her, but know we will spend eternity together because of our faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I'm so glad she was a part of my life. I have so many fond memories from the activities of the early North Brookfield Fire Department where George was a member to later years when Becky and I spent endless hours in that house, playing with Barbie dolls. Later, Gert shared some craft patterns and ideas with me. I wonder how many hobby horses she made over the years, or those stools made out of the old juice cans. She was a talented artist of quilts and other crafts, an active member of the Town of Brookfield Historical Society. She'll be missed. Condolences to the entire family. Love, Ginny Keith, over the hill neighbor.

Grammie,
You were such an inspiration to so many throughout your long life with us on this earth and brought such joy and love everywhere you went to those around you. Never forget the night you fell asleep and Gramp an I watched as you had a snapping turtle on your line and he almost pulled you in the river. Oh yes, homemade maple syrup and vanillia ice cream. You were a wonder grandmother and friend in so many ways. You will be trully missed down here but surely welcomed in heaven to be with the rest of our family who are up there smiling down on us. Another Angel in Heaven. Love you always and thanks everything. It is your turn to rest now. Love Lynnie

aunt Gert was a very special aunt to me. She was an inspiration to me. She was always helping me with crafts and when I was younger she would invite us for dinner. Her homemade cooking was so delicious. One of her favrite thingts was dandalion greens and rolls. Since moving to California, when would visit back east, she would attend picnics for me an we would reminance about all the years. I loved her dearly and will miss her. I now there were crowds of people welcoming her to to heaven. She lived a great long life and I know that I have so many memories and will hold them in my heart forever. Niece Connie Sue Burch.
