I was extremely saddened to read that Evy, a truly wonderful and amazing human being, lost her battle with cancer. My sincerest condolences to the family, especially to Jim, her soulmate and best friend for 67 years. Evy joined the Adult Fitness Program at SDSU several years ago being among the first women to break into the "all male participant" program. Needless to say, Evy was the spark that ignited a new wave of interest and motivation under the feet of those guys and special friendships, that spanned for decades, were forever forged. You will certainly be missed, Evy but your spunk, positive outlook on life and that wonderful warm smile you had for everyone will be cherished.
Blessings,
Patti Tuffley
