My deepest condolences to Doc's family. I am saddened by the new of his passing. I truly enjoyed seeing Doc, as we always shared our political view and thoughts about the changing medical field. In my mind I will always remember the picture he had on his wall as we pondered what the artist was thinking when he painted the sea scape. He was my Doc and I will always remember him fondly. My sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Daugherty at the Watson Wise Memorial Dialysis Center and then again at the Valley Diagnostic Clinic. He was a wonderful Dr. to both his nurses and his patients. A man with a big heart a hearty laugh. He was a great teacher and if you listened you learned something new on a regular basis. His death is a great loss to his family, friends and the community he served through out his career and he will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
