LYFORD - Humberto ``Beto'' Gonzalez, 47, passed away Thursday January 12, 2006 of natural causes in his home in Raymondville, Texas. Humberto was born September 27, 1958 in Raymondville, Texas to Jose and Santos Gonzalez.
Humberto a career with NASA in Houston, Texas. Humberto retired and dedicated all of his time to his beloved family. His warmth and dedication will be sorely missed by his mother Santos Gonzalez of Lyford; two brothers Esequiel and Jose Luis of Houston and Colorado; one sisterPonciana Dority of Dallas and his loving nephews and nieces, Jessica Eric, Kassi, and Rodger. May God rest his soul.
A rosary will be held tonight Sunday January 15, 2006 7 p.m. at the Duddlesten Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held tomorrow Monday January 16, 2006 10 a.m. at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Lyford, Texas. Burial will follow at the Lyford Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Roger Dority, Rodger Dority II, Jesse Cortez, Eric Gonzalez, Joe Gonzalez, Rafael Cortez, Demethrio DeLeon, and Jimmy DeLeon.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Duddlesten Funeral Home.
