 FASANELLO _ Ezio Louis Joseph, passed away suddenly while on vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Friday, April 15th at the age of 82, born June 10, 1922. Survived by his daughter Vicci Burnett (Bob); grandchildren, Dina Durkin, Taryn Bell (Adam) Garrett Burnett, Andrea Burnett; great-granddaughter, Cassandra Bell; Mother Connie Fasanello (107 years); brother Howard Fasanello; sister Loretta DeLonghi; nieces, nephews and cousins. Also, his friend Marlene and his many life long friendships from his working years at Lafarge Cement and all his friends that he shared so many wonderful memories with at Birch Bay Leisure Park. Predeceased in 1994 by his loving wife of 50 years, Pearl, daughter Sandra (2003); sons-in-law, David Durkin and Gary Foster; father Matthew; brothers Joe and John, sisters Mary and Irene. Eddy was a Fisherman, Hunter, Golfer, Debater and Socializer. His love for Pull Tabs and a beverage will be sadly missed at Sliders Bar in Birch Bay. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 26th, 2005 in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Lung Association, P.O. Box 34009 Stn D, 2675 Oak Street, Vancouver, BC V6J 4M2.

We wish to send our condolences to Marlene & also to Ed's family. We are Birch Bay weekenders & try winning the big ones in the Pull-Tab Happy Hour tank at Sliders as did Ed & Marlene. His big smile will be missed.

We met Ed & Marlane while in Mexico before he passed away. He was a great man who I'm sure will be missed by many. May his memory live on forever.
