Knut AASEN Obituary
AASEN, Knut Leif February 21, 1936 - August 4, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Knut Aasen. Knut will be lovingly remembered and missed by his children: Kurt (Lilly), Lisa and Sonja (Dan). As well as his grandchildren: Ashley, Brittney, Kyle, Kristen and Caitlin along with many nieces and nephews in BC, Alberta and Norway. Knut is survived by his 3 brothers and their families in Eidsvag, Norway. The family is having a private memorial service to honour their Father and Grandfather.

Knut was a client of mine, always requested to see me and I in turned loved talking to him. Always smiling, his funny laugh so genuine and sincere. My deepest condolences to Knut's family and friends

Knut was a father to me at a very awkward and hard time in my life. I shall always remember his kind acceptance, his inimitable laugh! Roll a smoke (and a herring), have a long laugh and lift a glass - live every day with the rememberance of his love of life and laughter. He would want that. Here's to you Knut - I love you!

I will forever remember Knut's kindness, generosity and zest for life. The world seems a little duller knowing he is no longer with us. I grieve his loss.
