Jim, I can't believe it's been 9 years I think of you often and miss you beyond words. I miss our visits, having late night chats over drinks on my patio.You would of loved where we are now, the view and fire pits with the family when they came up for weekend visits. We talk a lot of how much you would of love it.

Wow, I am so shocked. I only just heard of Jim's passing from a mutual friend and I am very saddened by this news. Jim was my boyfriend for a short time over 10 years ago now when he lived in the Comox Valley. He was such a personable and very social person, with a beautiful smile. My son and I had our very first rides in an aircraft when I was with Jim, we will never forget it. My deepest condolences to his entire family.

I graduated in 1981 with Jim...I'll always remember his smile that never ended and the friendly guy he was to everyone.

I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We met Jim, Ben and I, in Cold Lake, Alta and had lots of fun together, boating, camping, drinking and just a whole lot of laughing. We kept in touch through the years and the last time we saw him was in 2005 or 2006, when he was visiting his sister in Kingston and came camping with us 2 weekends in a row. It was so good to see him and the plan was to meet again this summer.
He was a good friend :-(
My sympathies go out to the whole family.
He will be missed.
