When I first met the parents of my soon to be bride Arlene, I was very nervous and just a little apprehensive from asking for the hand of the daughter of such a respected and great Veteran of our country, and great man, as Julian was. He immediately displayed his warm, kind and accepting soul to me which I will keep with me until the end of my days. They way he showed his love for his grandchildren as well as the whole family left the greatest impression on me. I will never forget him and will do my best to pass it along to my children, his grandkids, and honor the man and his legacy forever. Thank you Daddy, I love you.

Dear Guanzon Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember how much Julian loved his grandkids. He was so loving and kind to them and looked upon them with such adoration. He had such a kind manner about him which I always admired. Although I know he will be greatly missed, he is renewed and happy in our Father's kingdom and we will one day see him again. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

To my Dad,
I thank God for having you as a father. You took care of us and guided us to work hard in everything that we aim to do. Thank you Dad. Seeing you decline in your health this past year really hurt me inside. I am sad to see you leave us, but I am happy that you are free from all the pain and God has taken you to his house. I know you will always be with us in spirit and will be watching over us. Love you, Dad. your daughter, Arlene
