Andrea Kathleen Olin Jenkins

1976 - 2010

Our beloved Andrea (Annie) Jenkins passed away on Thursday, Oct. 7.

She was born June 21, 1976. A lifetime resident of Ventura County, she graduated from Hueneme High School where she was a cheerleader. After achieving a certification as a pharmacy technician, she worked at Vons in Oxnard and Rite Aid in Port Hueneme. She worked for three years as the Drill Team Advisor for Hueneme High. More recently she was a full-time student at ITT and working at Anthem Blue Cross in Newbury Park.

She was a loving mother to daughters, Jaymee, 14, and Makayla, 12, often spending time with them at movies, shopping, and doing ceramics. She loved to spend time at the Harbor and attending sporting events for her girls and nephew and niece. She enjoyed camping and being with her family.

She was preceded in death by brother, Matthew Olin.

She is survived by her daughters; parents, Dave and Chris Olin; sister, Jennie Olson (husband Eric), and nephew and niece, Jake and Greta Olson.

She was a beautiful soul, full of laughter and warmth whose smile could fill a room. She will be terribly missed.

Service is at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17 at Conrad-Carroll Mortuary in South Oxnard, 401 W. Channel Islands Blvd., Oxnard, CA 93033. Reception to follow.
