Fred Franklin Davis, born April 15, 1926 to Bill and Pearl Davis, in Chandler Okla., went to be with his Lord on Nov. 15, 2010, in Oxnard.
Fred is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lillian Lucille, his son Fred and daughter Donna Ruth. He is also survived by two sisters, Bertha of Muskogee, Okla. and Geneva of Bakersfield, Calif. and a brother, Carl of Reno, Nev.
Fred was an ordained minister for 50 years, with the Assemblies of God. He pastored churches and was a missionary to the Native Americans, but his greatest joy was his ministry to Royal Rangers-- reaching, teaching and keeping boys for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Funeral services will be at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park in Camarillo on Friday, Nov. 19, at 12 noon.
