Mary Carolyn Avriette Cohen, born Dec. 7, 1924 in Athens, Texas, passed away Oct. 25, 2010.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gus Cohen, she is survived by her cherished daughters, Mary Ann Cohen and Claudia Stromberg, and by her son-in-law and special friend, Russell Stromberg. One of seven siblings, she is also survived by sister, Murrell Hilton, and many treasured and loved nieces, nephews and friends.
Services 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice, www.lmvna.org/donate, or 1996 Eastman Ave., Suite 101, Ventura, CA 93003, or a charity of your choice.
