My condolences to the Garcia Family during this most difficult time. I know words can not express the feelings you are all going through at this time. But hope the many fond memories Max left behind will ease the pain. I had the pleasure of knowing Max during my employment with the City of Oxnard. Max was always a harding working person who would help any one in need. I will truly miss his jokes and laughter. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of pain and sorrow. May God show mercy by openning up the gates to heaven for Max as he is deserving of no less.
