Ann and Family -- I served as Larry's research assistant during his tenure as a visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis. I'm sorry that I just learned about his passing. What a man Larry was............awesome sense of humor, intelligent, honorable, opinionated and yet kind and considerate (qualities that are rarely seen together today). I am so grateful that my life crossed his. Peace to you.

To the entire Ribstein Family, I send sadly heartfelt sympathy for this untimely death. We hurt for your loss. For Harriet particularly, I know this is not right for a mother to bear her child going before she does and I ache for you all. We send our love and our caring about you....Karen and Marvin Winograde
