William Bladen Obituary
WILLIAM A. BLADEN (Age 86)
On Saturday, January 28, 2012. Husband of the late Betty Lou Bladen; father of Sherry Gotshall, William Bladen, Jr. (Lita), Timothy Bladen and Pamela Phillips (William); grandfather of Clifford Gotshall, Jr. (Jennifer) and Mandi Phillips; great-grandfather of Samantha and Jessica Gotshall; beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Bladen was born at home on the University of Maryland campus where the Tawes Fine Arts Building is located. He served in the United States Army during WW II in the parachute infantry unit with the 82nd Airborne division. Relatives and friends may call at BORGWARDT FUNERAL HOME, 4400 Powder Mill Rd., Beltsville, MD on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Chapel, Crownsville, MD on Friday, February 3 at 10:45 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.www.borgwardtfuneralhome.com
