Victoria Stefan Obituary

STEFAN VICTORIA ALYS DIANA STEFAN (Age 25) Victoria Alys Diana Stefan and Elizabeth Sophia Gullborg Stefan of Fairfax, Virginia passed away December 28, 2009 in a tragic car accident. They were the beautiful daughters of William and Eva Stefan and loving sisters of Alexandra Stefan Faulkner, wife of James V. Faulkner. They left behind their adorable five-month-old niece, Eva Faulkner, who will be often reminded of her loving and vibrant aunts. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home located at 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA. Friends may contact the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home directly with any questions. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Elizabeth and Victoria Stefan Memorial Account 3020216010, c/o Navy Federal Credit Union. Victoria was a beautiful, caring, high-spirited woman who wanted nothing more than to enjoy ELIZABETH SOPHIA GULLBORG STEFAN (Age 22) life to the fullest. She loved to cook and always asked her mom if she could prepare Christmas dinner. She collected recipes from various websites for others to sample her new dish and loved to add her decorative touch to everything in the home. She dreamed of traveling the world and now she can travel anywhere she chooses. Elizabeth, Lisi, as friends and family knew her, was a gorgeous and loving woman who found passion in traveling and modeling. Lisi traveled the world to do fashion shoots and walk the runway, but was happiest at home with her family and friends. Lisi had such a warm and active spirit and touched everyone who crossed her path. Victoria was a 2009 graduate of James Madison University. Both sisters graduated from Fairfax High School. www. fmfh.comwww.fmfh .com

Dear Stefan family,
I wanted to express to you my sympathy in the loss of two such beautiful ladies. You do not know me but I heard of their death on the news and then when I opened my paper and saw their faces this became a reality to me that a family lost their beloved girls.
I want to thank you for including their picture in the obituary because as I said it brings their lives and death to reality for those of us who do not know you or them.

I can only offer my prayers to you and express to you that no one can truly understand your pain, but that non the less your pain has been felt by others through the notice in the Washington Post.

I am not one to send this sort of note to someone I don't know, but I just felt that I needed to take the time to stop to say that your family is being remembered in prayer by me and that I feel grief and pain for all of you.

Dear Bill & Eva

May God hold you in His hands and comfort you, as you hold the girls in your heart. The photos on Sunday were absolute love between sisters. God Bless You.

When things quiet down and you think that your sorrow is forgotten, please know that I am here, to listen and keep praying, and to dry away your tears. I will always remember their beauty and their sweetness and that someday we will all share a wonderful reunion with Jesus and the girls. Till then please remember I will always be there with you.
