(Age 83)
On Wednesday, March 2, 2016, of Washington, DC. Beloved Priest of the Maryland Province Jesuits; brother of Peter (Louise) McCloskey of McLean, VA and Margaret (Gerald) Ferguson of Fairfax, VA; uncle of nine and great-uncle of 32. Relatives and friends may call at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church, 900 North Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC on Sunday, March 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. and again on Monday, March 7 beginning at 11 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 noon. (PLEASE NOTE: parking on Gonzaga's parking lot beneath the football field will available on Sunday ONLY). Interment Woodstock Jesuit Cemetery on Tuesday, March 8 at 12 noon. Memorial contributions may be made to Father McKenna Center, 19 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 or www.fathermckennacenter.org.

I have fond memories of many years when I would type Father Joe's invocations before the G/I Dinners. He was a very gracious and warm soul. He is with God now but he will be missed here on earth.
