Peggy was such a dear friend, it is hard to grasp that she's no longer a phone call away. I will miss her always. To Melissa, Mark, Mike, Charlie, Barbara and all her beloved family, she loved you with every ounce of her being. She was so proud of all of you. You are not alone in your grief, but I hope we can spend the rest of our lives celebrating the fact that we got to spend time with her while she was here. Much love, Terry Georgia

Cindy and Nick Bachur send our condolences and prayers to Peggy's family and friends. I've known Peggy since the 1960s when my family moved next door to the Armstrong's at Thornwood Ct. in Towson, MD. She and her family welcomed us to the neighborhood warmly. This made the transition easier for us kids in a new place needing to make new friends. Peggy always supported me and my sisters, speaking from the soul in kindness. I admired and respected her a great deal. She was loved by us all. Her acceptance of all is a trademark that she is known for. May her soul and the souls of her loved ones be comforted in this transition of life.

Peggy, it was a privilege to interact with you professionally and personally. I'll always remember our laughs and bonding over our shared "duck experiences". You'll be missed. Rest in peace, friend.
