REGINALD A. MORENO (Age 85)
On Wednesday, January 10, 2018 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Joan Marie Moreno; father of Antonia M. (Dennis) Essig, Reginald A., II, Steven A. and Melanie M. Moreno; grandfather of Andrew C. (Lauren), Nicholas W. (Lisa) and Daniel R. (Haley) Essig. Also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at St. Elizabeth Church, 917 Montrose Road, Rockville, MD, Friday, January 19, 2018 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

My sincere condolences to my cousins and their families in the passing of their father, Reginald Moreno. Uncle Tony was a good man; he loved his family his grandchildren were his joy he said. I remember his attention, support and comfort he gave to my father, his older brother, during Dad's last years. I am forever grateful to him for that. I believed that, as my mother used to describe him guapo (handsome), Uncle Tony would defy all odds and live to eternity. May he find eternal grace and peace as he reunites with his beloved Joan.

Sorry about the passing of my dear uncle Reginald Antonio Moreno. We are praying for the repose of his soul. His love and generosity to us in California will never be forgotten. Our sincere condolences to our uncles children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
