On Sunday, March 12, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Priscilla Anne "Pam" Kline; loving father of Kimberlee Anne Kline and Richard A. Kline. Also survived by his nephew, Christopher (Christina) Carroll. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday, March 19, from 2 to 4 p.m. Graveside Service and interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 515 South Market St., Frederick, MD 21701 on Monday, March 20 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem House, Inc., 1401 Lawrence Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20017.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
