John, you have my deepest sympathy for your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you, Lisa, Shannon and Matt and you know that if there's anything I can do, I will be there for you.
Always your friend, Mike

I didn't know your mom, John, but Mike spoke fondly of her on many occasions. I know this is a difficult time for you, Lisa, Shannon, and Matt and I know there's nothing that can be said to make it any easier but please know that my thoughts are with you all and if there is anything you need, we're right next door - anytime, you know that.
