AZRIEL AWRET Sculptor 1910 - 2010
We are sorry to announce that our good, loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle has left us on December 11, 2010. He was an exceptional artist and human being. The family in the U.S., Israel, and Belgium is grateful for his long and full life. Memorial Service at Jewish Community Center of Fairfax on Monday, December 20, 12 noon.

Azriel was one of the kindest people we have ever met, always upbeat, always willing to share his wisdom. His work is beautiful, an extension of himself. He will be missed by all. Our love and prayers to Irene and family.

If I am fortunate enough to live a long healthy life, Arziel will live in my heart for many more years, as well as in the hearts of my two sons. Azriel and Irene shared themselves and their art in a small gallery in my community in June. What fun we had. Good memories...Good friends.
