JAMES ODESSA WHITE  
On Sunday, June 26, 2011. Father of Gwendolyn Blackman and James Bernard White. He is also survived by four grandchildren Kevin Blackman, Corinne Turner, Kahlilah C. and Teza M. White; two great-grandchildren Kevin Blackman, Jr. and Garion C. Slayton; two sisters Josephine W. Stanley and Cornelia F. White; brother Edward White; other relatives and friends. Mr. White will lie in state at First Baptist Church, 712 Randolph St. NW on Friday, July 1, from 10 a.m. until Service at 11 a.m. Rev. F. Tucker officiating. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Services by STEWART.
