I knew Jane only through my dear friend Doug, her brother. Doug loved his sister very much and looked up to her in many ways. I've heard many wonderful things about Jane and I only wish I had a chance to know her.
My deepest condolences to her entire family.

I worked with Jane for 9 years at the National Safety Council and while we started out as colleagues, i soon became blessed to call her friend.

Jane's accomplishments, gifts, devotion to family and friends, and her character were all reflected and well served by those who spoke today at her memorial service. May her memory be a blessing to Molly and Stuart and all who loved and were loved by her. Bob Rovinsky

I first met Jane on Bethany Beach when our daughters found each other in the surf. We became long distance friends, our families meeting each August in Bethany. Despite the distance, Jane and I conversed via email and phone and became good friends. She was my Rock of Gibraltor when I first separated from my husband. I will always be thankful that Jane came into my life. She was self-less loving person whose life was cut too short and who will be sorely missed by all those that she touched.

I first knew Jane between East Meadow and Washington, DC, when she walked into my office in New York and applied for a job. She was an amazing employee and became a close friend. I was the only person who wasn't happy when Jane decided to go to law school. It was the right decision for Jane, but my company was never the same. I wished I could keep her in New York forever. Every time Jane returned to Long Island, she would call and we would try to squeeze in a lunch or dinner. There was no better person than Jane. I will miss her deeply.
