To Josh,
I am very sorry about the passing of your mom. Believe me when I say it gets easier.

As a close friend of her older brother Jeff , I was one of those persons fortunate enough to have known Joanne on from the time when she was a baby and for much of her life, though we had been a bit out of contact from a number of years now. She was a person who would brighten any room she was in and will be missed.
