Our condolences go out to all the family and friends of our old and dear PVS friend , Nat. We'll always remember all the good times we had skiing everywhere with Nat and Mary Jane. Fond memories forever.

It is with sadness and so many lovely memories of Nat that I accept the news of his death. I was good friends with his step-daughter, Jill, and had lots of good times enjoying Nat's company and intelligent conversation back in the late 70's and 80's. Although our paths never crossed, we were in the same ski club together- PVS. He was a wonderful, warm gentleman, and I hope those whom he left behind will find peace in knowing he had a long and fascinating life.

I met Nathan in 1955 when I moved from Schenectady, N.Y. to Washington, D.C. to engage in research at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. Nat helped me settle in; he was a very people-oriented person. In the ensuing years, we socialized together. We occasionally travelled together on work related field trips. We partnered on some research tasks. It was a good adventure. Thank you Nat.

Leslie and Carrie, your adventures still have long roads ahead. Make them good.
