FOGLE SHIRLEY PAGE FOGLE (Age 89) On Tuesday, July 20, 2010, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Harold W. Fogle; mother of Linda (Bruce) Blair of Gaithersburg, MD and David (Kathleen) Fogle of Castro Valley, CA; grandmother of Captain Dave Blair, USAF, and Katy Blair; twin sister of Aletha Dingler of Portland, OR. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and at the Chapel at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Rd., Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, July 26, 10 to 11 a.m. with Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. Linda,
I will miss your mother so much. I met you last July when my aunt moved in down the hall from your mother. I was already so taken with how interesting and sweet your mother was. I saw you in her room and came in to introduce myself. I met your mother at the dinner table the first night my aunt spent at Rose Court 1. My aunt and your mother were sitting side-by-side. I got out to Rose Court about twice a month so I was always on the lookout to give your mom a hug and kiss if I saw her and share a few words. She was such a gentle soul and I loved her. I will treasure her memory always.

We knew Page and Harold as friends at Good Shepherd UMC. Had been in touch with her via e-mail occasionally. So sorry to learn of your loss. She was a very special person. Love and Prayers.
