On Monday, October 17, 2016, of Silver Spring MD. Beloved husband of the late Catherine Lorraine Barnes; father of Catherine Gail Krupa, E. Gregory, Kenneth M., Richard M., and Douglas M. Barnes; grandfather of Catherine, Christopher, Michael, Heather, Kenny, Tommy, Marie, Theresa, Susan, Carolyn, Drew, Ronnie, Rusty, Kevin, Dougie and Annie; great-grandfather of Caleb, Lydia, Bridget, Mary Catherine, and Roger; brother of Joretta Deans. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD 20901 (Valet Parking), Friday, October 21, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, 22222 Georgia Ave., Brookeville, MD 20833 on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
