On Monday, December 7, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Eunice Ramsey; father of the late Kathy Ramsey; brother of Phil, Billy, Lee and Jimmy. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, December 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 12, at 11 a.m. Interment Union Cemetery, Burtonsville, MD. Norman was a true friend, I actually knew him from our early childhood days, I lived on Barron St. across the road from where he grew up in Takoma Park, then later on we worked together at Coca-Cola in Silver Spring, in the mid60s hunted together had dirt bikes together, I am really going to miss our phone chats talking about the good old days
