SCOTT ANDREW STRONG
Scott Andrew Strong, of Silver Spring, Maryland, born August 8, 1963, passed away on July 13, 2017. Profoundly challenged by cerebral palsy, he nevertheless deeply enjoyed family, friends, music, and food. He had a sharp intelligence, sense of humor, and an infectious smile and laugh. Scott courageously faced his many challenges during the nearly 54 years of his life. He will be missed by friends at Chimes, Inc. and CHI Centers Inc., and especially by his devoted family who survive him: his mother Sharon Strong, his brothers and sisters-in-law Michael and Lauren, Greg and Karen, Ken and Cathy, numerous nephews and nieces, as well as extended family. He was preceded in death by his father Robert M. Strong. May Scott rest in peace. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, July 19, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. Services and interment are private. Ken,
Sorry I did not know Scott. Joe was always inspired by what a supportive and loving family he enjoyed which always meant a great deal to him. Scott will always fondly be a strong and lasting part of great memories. Along with Prayers which are a great comfort when reminded how much Scott cherished the brotherly love and kindness you so generously bestowed.
