On Thursday, September 7, 2017, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late George H. Tyson, Jr.; mother of Linda M. (Rafael)Font, Debra A. (Lou) Terhar, James D.(Karen) Tyson and Georgine M. (Jeff) DeBord; grandmother of Heather (Dave) Hindman, Evan (Stephanie) Terhar, Marc (Jen) Terhar, Louis Terhar III, Christopher DeBord and Janie (Craig) Earle. Also survived by seven great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
