On Thursday, November 9, 2017, of Boyds, formerly of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Herman E. Mowell; mother of Daryl E. and wife Heather Mowell, and Bryan C. and wife Melissa Mowell; grandmother of Sierra, Mackenzie, Tyler and Dylan; sister of Jeanette. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, November 16, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
