I was so sorry to learn of Larry's passing. In 1974, when I was straight out of law school and joined Kaler, Worsley, Daniel & Hollman, I was fortunate to have Larry as a mentor. He was kind, patient, brilliant, and encouraging. I couldn't have asked for more. I send my deepest condolences.
