Memories and Condolences

Not sure what to say?

November 17, 2016

It was only yesterday when I received The Harvard Law School Bulletin that I learned of Michael's passing. We lived right next to each other as fiirst year law students.. He was probably the first person I knew at Harvard Law School. We became warm friends and I always appeciated his wit, his brilliant mind and warm kindness. Once during my practice of law in San Francisco, I had occasion to ask for his assistance in a matter and he was quick to help. His assistance was critical and brought the matter to successful and happy conclusion.

I send you my condolences. I wiil not forget my good friend

Gordon Lapides.
