It was only yesterday when I received The Harvard Law School Bulletin that I learned of Michael's passing. We lived right next to each other as fiirst year law students.. He was probably the first person I knew at Harvard Law School. We became warm friends and I always appeciated his wit, his brilliant mind and warm kindness.
