CORA ANN BARRINGER THORNTON
1941 - 2016 On Saturday, Novermber 26, 2016 Cora transistioned to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memory four children, Johnnie R., Joseph T., Jerome F. and Jenese E.; five grandchildren, Jervawn, Marcus, Jerome-Caleb, Nicolas and Nigel; one great-granddaughter, Aubrey; one sister, Barbara Greer; two nephews, James and Kevin; one niece, Charletta; other relatives and special friends. Cora will lie in state at The Carolina Missionary Baptist Church, 9901 Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD on Tuesday, December 6 from 10 a.m., until funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment private. Services by Stewart.
