STEPHEN LEE WISEMILLER (Age 60)
Of Falls Church, VA passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Beloved husband of 16 years to Sherry Morgan Wisemiller. He is survived by his dear mother, Mary Theresa Wisemiller; brother, Barry James Wisemiller; sisters, Mitzie (Glenn) Larsen and Joanne (Rick) Gentry; nieces and nephews, Michael Gentry, Lauren Wisemiller Assefa, Meghan Larsen, Danielle Wisemiller, Madison Larsen, Connor Larsen, Bryce Gentry, Kaylee Gentry, Eli Wisemiller, Dean Wisemiller; and great-niece Quinn Gentry. Steve is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Wisemiller and his sister, Jeannie Wisemiller. Born in Washington, DC, Steve was a Real Estate Agent who faithfully served the communities of Northern Virginia to include Arlington, Falls Church and McLean. Friends may call to Murphy Funeral Home of Falls Church, 1102 W. Broad St. (Rt. 7), on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. James Catholic Church, 103 N. Spring Street, Falls Church, VA 22046, on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Steve was a good friend and great Realtor and one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I can hear his
chuckle clearly as I write this and was shocked to read of his passing and only get the news after the burial.
To his wife and family- you know that you lucky to have been blessed with Steve in your lives. I graduated from
Georgetown 53 years ago and of course needed and patronized Wisemiller's Deli and when I first met Steve immediately asked and he said- that was the family business and from there on- we were good friends. I will continue to remember him and you in my prayers but I know that he is in a better place and let me say that he was a role model for our industry and always nice and pleasant and professional even under the pressure
and competition that often exists in our line of work. Sleep peacefully Steve- we will always miss you and your

Steve words cannot express my respect for you and all the kind& fair advice you offered when I was always dealing with that one difficult customer. Many a laugh shared sitting in the back of the office.Figuring out real estate.Always you got it.Always a solution rather than a problem.I feel lucky to have worked with you and a handful of other decent humans back in the 2000's and later in 2016.Your compassion for your family and others will surly be missed. Steve was our realtor in 2007 and quickly became our good friend. When he asked about our son he'd say "how's my little buddy?" We felt like he was part of our extended family even though he wasn't. What an exceptionally kind, exceptionally giving, just plain exceptional person he was. Sherry, we were lucky to meet you at an open house, I believe last summer. We had heard many good words about you from Steve. Our hearts are breaking for you, and you will truly be in our prayers as well as the rest of his family who he obviously loved so much.
