I met JB when I was 24 years old and new to Washington DC. We became life-long friends, sharing secrets, highs, lows, triumphs, disappoints, Scotch, cigarettes and macaroni and cheese in the blue Kraft box. JB was God-dog Mother to my dogs. She was always there for me, no matter what. We traveled together, and I was there with JB and a few other sensational
professional women when we founded the National Association of Women Business Owners. Her character, wit, beauty, sarcasm and loyalty are profoundly missed. We loved each other.
