Doris Bingham Obituary

BINGHAM, DORIS WAID

On Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at her residence, DORIS WAID BINGHAM, of Falls Church, VA. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Marvin W. Bingham. Loving mother of Marvin W. Bingham, Jr., Walter W. Bingham and Robert W. Bingham; beloved grandmother of Wally Jr., Stacy, Rose, Jennie, C.J., Frannie and Abby Bingham. She is also survived by her brother, the Honorable J.B. Waid; and many other caring relatives. The family will receive friends at EVERLY COMMUNITY FUNERAL CARE, 6161 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA, on Monday, July 19 from 5 to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Tuesday, July 20 at 10 a.m. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Falls Church. Memorial donations may be made to Baileys Crossroads Host Lion Club, PO Box 1082, Baileys Crossroads, VA 22041.

Dear Racky, Wally, Bobby, and family,

This is your cousin, David Thomas. I wish I could be there in person to express my sorrow in the loss of your mother. She was an extraordinary person. I am sorry also that she has been suffering from cancer. I know it has been a difficult time for you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
