He is survived by his son, William LaBarre and his wife, Cheryl; three grandsons, Paul, Stephen and Thomas; and his sister, Lucille Monger of Prescott, AZ. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at EVERLY-WHEATLEY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 W. Braddock Rd., Alex- andria, VA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 6, 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Community. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery with Full Honors, Thursday, October 4 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Capital Hospice, 6565 Arlington Blvd., Suite 501, Falls Church, VA 22042.
