I substituted for my wife Mary on several occasions last summer as Jonathon's tutor in St Louis. Besides doing the required academic work, he & I discovered we had a similar sense of humor. He was a terrific young man. We are sure God has a nice, comfy spot for him. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of Jonathon's passing. He was a wonderful boy who was always kind, brave and anxious to learn and do his best. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to tutor him last summer and to get to know this exceptional young man.

Jonathon was a little boy when we met and not long after fell ill. He was a great kid that had his childhood all but stolen from him. He was forced to make adult decisions as a child. He fought a very long battle and I couldn't be prouder of him. I called him "Little Man" because of what life forced on him. A child fighting like a man. Love you Little Man, please watch over us.

Jonathon & my daughter went to school together at Ellington. She talked about him quite a bit; always up to date with how he was doing & often coming to me with a smile and saying "Jonathon was at school today".
She was always very concerned about him & his health. He will never be forgotten. Your family is in our prayers.

My daughter was in the same class as Jonathon this year and she shares many stories of him. They both loved to read Percy Jackson and she stayed inside when he was at school to play with him for recess. We are very sorry for the loss of Jonathon and our thoughts and prayers are with you.
