Dear Nisbet Family,
I was very saddened to hear of the loss of Phil, but will pray for the celebration of his life. While it has been over 25 years ago, some of my fondest memories were spent with Phil and the Quincy American Legion Baseball Team in the early/mid 1980's. Phil was quick to smile and make those around him smile, and that is worth remembering, even years later.
God Bless You for Phil and the indelible impact that he left on the world.

To the Family- So sorry to hear about Phil. I went to Culver Stockton with Phil and knew him as a Sig Ep- I was a "little sister". I remember his smile and fun-loving spirit. He was always funny and kind. I know he was loved by all his fraternity brothers. I hadn't seen him in years, but I had heard a while back that he had some health issues. I am sorry that he is gone from this earth, but I pray that he is in a happier place, kicked back, feeling good and enjoying himself. I am glad I had the chance to know him- if even for a little while.
Deepest Sympathies to you all-
