Dorothea and I were classmates at Somerville High School and spent many happy days as members of the entertainment groups in the music department. She was one of the nicest, friendliest, happiest girls in the school. It truly was a joy to have known her. Back then I and others visited her many times at the old Woodbridge Hotel in Somerville. Dorothea had an infectious sense of humor that was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
